Community Beef Backlash

An urban farm, mainly run by volunteers, has caused a big hubbub in the suburbs by offering up cuts from their cows to the local community.

The local restaurants were excited by the opportunity to serve extremely local meat to their customers, and the farmers were hoping to use the money raised to improve their farm. But it seems the general public were less than happy to eat meat from cows they had made friends with. A petition was started to save the cows who had lived there since 2017.
