Mmmmm…!

We’re delighted to be able to use some really good organic food farmed very close to our Conference Venue to feed our delegates over the weekend!

Much of our Fruit and Vegetables are being provided by Spring Collective in Leeston.🥦🌽🍅🥕

HERE’S A BIT MORE ABOUT THEM IN THEIR OWN WORDS :

Rattletrack Organic Farm and Spring Fed Organics have teamed up to form Spring Collective!

For the last six months we’ve been growing crops and setting up our new farm in Brookside, South Canterbury. The new farm is much bigger than either of our previous properties! Merging businesses means a few exciting new crops will be showing up, and probably some new faces at the markets.

You can find us at the Christchurch Farmers Market, Lyttelton Farmers Market and Opawa Farmers Market. If you’re desperate for a lettuce on a week day, you can also get our veggies through PIko wholefoods, Ooooby, Lucys Online market. We supply restaurants, cafe’s, juceries and perservitrories as well, so get in touch if you’d like to arrange a weekly delivery.

We also run a weekly veggie box scheme, find out more at https://store.buckybox.com/spring-collective

We are Certified Organic with AsureQuality #1114
