Wyld Organic Food on our Conference Menu

We’re delighted to be able to use some really good organic food farmed very close to our Conference Venue to feed our delegates over the weekend!

‘Wyld Lamb’ are providing one of our main course options from nearby Banks Peninsula. This is a Beattie family-owned brand that values ethics, sustainability, taste and quality.

HERE’S A BIT MORE ABOUT THEM IN THEIR OWN WORDS :

Our Pitt Island Wild Sheep receive NO chemicals, including treatments, injections or antibiotics in their lifetime and their tails are left as nature intended, wagging behind them. The Wyld lambs have never been in a farm yard and have never been handled by humans.

Wyld Lamb is hunted in the wild. This ensures no stress to the animal. The most ethical way of eating meat.
